Beef Back Ribs

I was down at Fred Meyer's the other day and was walking past the meat area and I found two Beef Back Ribs on sale for $2.00.  Now, I can't just leave those sitting there for that price.  I picked up both of them and put them in the freezer for another day.  I have never cooked the whole rib like this.  I have done the smaller cut ribs and I really like them.

I had pulled one of the packages from the freezer to thaw and this morning I decided to give it a try.  I was not sure of the length of time I should let them cook but at 7:30 am I decided to get them ready.  My seasoning on these were salt, garlic salt, steak seasoning and some soy sauce.  I put them in the oven at 250 degrees and just let them go.

It only took about 3 hours for them to be done and the meat was just peeling away from the bone.  I let them set for a little bit and then decided to have an early lunch.

I cleaned the plate off in no time.  I would change my seasoning proportions a little bit but will work on the next ones later.

Have a fun day.......
